Note: POW-PAK is no longer being actively developed or supported. The program is still freely available for use but comes "as-is" with no support. Due to my regular job, family, and other commitments, I am no longer able to give POW-PAK the time it would require to properly support.
Over the years many other excellent web design services and programs have been developed, reducing the need for POW-PAK. I would encourage users to investigate such options as:
